CPR & First Aid Certification Courses

We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers and Heartsaver CPR with First Aid for community members. Additionally, we provide skills check-off services for those who have completed the HeartCode BLS Online Course through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Please note: First Aid training is not included in BLS courses but can be added for an additional fee.

Course Policies

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your course. Cancellations or reschedules made after this timeframe are not eligible for refunds or credits.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (5+ minutes past start time) will not be admitted, and no refund will be issued. A new course registration will be required to reschedule.

• Completion: Course completion does not guarantee certification. Participants must meet all performance and knowledge requirements set by the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Cards: Certification cards will be issued upon successful course completion and may take up to 5-7 business days for processing (may be sooner). A $25 rush fee may be added if the card is needed sooner. Cards are issued by email, so verify that you provide a valid email address.
